Wall of Love

Looking after my husband full time is very tedious and not only physically exhausting but also mentally/emotionally. I don't have time to relax and have me time, as it is all about his needs and demands. Going on the break was such a relief, and it helped me to switch off and enjoy the moment. The hotel room was lovely and clean. The staff were nice. The hotel position was most enjoyable because it was close to restaurants, shopping centre, etc.

It was great to get away from home for a couple of nights. Those hours away were so needed—I was near burnout trying to cope. The hotel staff, without exception, were amazing. Our room was spotless, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.

This helped me to relax and take care of myself a little bit more. I enjoyed the walk around the golf course and stunning environment. The hotel was amazing, very clean and hospitable staff. The room was cosy, comfortable, all I could have asked for. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

I was feeling bogged down with routine and the caring role for my husband. My London cousins are seriously unwell, and I couldn't see a way of being with them, even for a short time. Being able to say that it was important for me to see them by being able to access a virtually free hotel break made the difference to my husband agreeing that it was a good idea. The hotel receptionist was extremely helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast really nice.

My break away to Crewe Hall Hotel and Spa was so relaxing in terms of the location, the grounds, and the spa facilities. I took my sister with me and it was lovely to be able to reconnect with her properly without feeling like I had to rush due to my daily caring role with my son. The staff were so welcoming and professional. The breakfasts and our evening meal were delicious and the service was excellent. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Crewe Hall for accommodating both myself and my sister so well. This Carefree break has made a massive difference to me in terms of my own well-being and I am not feeling so isolated. Thanks so much to all the Carefree staff too for the amazing job that you do enabling Carers like myself to have such a break. The whole process from the online booking to the actual break itself went really smoothly, thank you again!!
