Wall of Love

I felt so relaxed and not worried. My back pain eased. I used the facilities, such as the spa, and paid for treatments without worrying. I was able to have a wine and enjoy it. Sleep!

We had the most amazing and relaxing break away. Thank you so much, as without this absolutely amazing service I/we wouldn't have been able to afford to go away anywhere, and it's made a huge difference to my life. I'm much more relaxed, along with my friend who's also a carer. It was so nice to be able to enjoy time in a swimming pool and hot tub alone without my children who I care for. Thank you again.

The break was very important because it’s so rare for me to get away. It also helped with the relationship with my girlfriend because we never get away.

I was at breaking point and this break give me some space to myself to rest and reset. The hotel was good the views were amazing just what I needed.

With working and being an unpaid career financially I can’t afford time away. I feel my family get neglected especially my husband as he's the one who’s cooking for the family while I'm assisting with my dads needs. Even though the break was short I feel I've had quality time with my husband . Time is precious no one knows how long we have so spending it wisely is important.

I really appreciated the opportunity to do something for myself and I think it is a brilliant, affordable scheme.

This break was so important to me, I think, because I’m busy trying to remember things I have to do in my care role. I had a little break from this, and it does make a difference. Also, my son, who I care for, benefited too because he had different company rather than just me every day, but we were both very glad to see each other when I got back. I stayed at The Stratford Manor Hotel, which was an absolutely beautiful place. The staff are so welcoming—from reception, dining, and cleaning. Everyone was so polite and friendly. The room was amazing, and I also had breakfast; there was lots of choice and it was lovely. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Can I just say thank you so much to yourselves for giving me the chance of this wonderful break.
